Shipping and Returns

Shipping process 

 You may receive more than one tracking number, this is due to the two warehouses we ship from in LA. Shipping can take up to 3 to 10 Business days depending on the warehouse and high demand of the item. 

Returns 

If you would like to return an item, please email Emmasplace2022@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. 

Customers are responsible for returning the item to the warehouse by mail. 

Return Instructions:

1. Return authorization number must be included with the return. Number will be given to you by email from Emma's Place.

2. All items returned must be new, in original clear garment bag.

3. Send return back within 7 business days of this submission to:
